Stuffed Mushrooms Italiano

  1. Wash the mushrooms and remove the stems.
  2. Chop the stems and put them in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add the butter, onions, garlic, pepperoni and green pepper.
  4. Cook, covered, on High in the microwave oven for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Stir in the cracker crumbs, cheese, parsley, salt, oregano and pepper, and mix well.
  6. Spoon the mixture into the mushroom caps and cook, covered, on Medium in the microwave for 4 minutes.
