Company Cheese Strata

  1. Cut bread slices with 2 3/4-inch doughnut cutter to make 12 rounds; tear remaining bread portions into 1-inch pieces and arrange in bottom of greased medium roasting pan.
  2. Sprinkle the shredded cheese, ham, Parmesan and green onion over bread pieces. Arrange bread rounds over cheese-ham layer.
  3. In large Mix-N-Store pitcher combine remaining 4 ingredients; pour over bread and cheese layers.
  4. Seal and chill at least 1 hour or overnight.
