Swiss Chicken Bake

  1. Cook onion in butter; add flour, salt and pepper.
  2. Stir in mushrooms, sour cream, milk and sherry.
  3. Add chicken and chestnuts.
  4. Pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole.
  5. Sprinkle with grated Swiss cheese, then add on top bread crumbs mixed with melted butter.
  6. Bake at 400u0b0 for 25 minutes.
  7. Serve over rice.
