African Chicken

  1. Heat 1/4 cup oil in frypan.
  2. Add chicken, onion and garlic and saute until crisp, turning evenly.
  3. Sprinkle with flour and add next 6 ingredients; mix well.
  4. Cover and cook 30 minutes.
  5. Add potatoes and continue cooking another 30 to 35 minutes at 350u0b0. Just before serving, heat remaining 1/4 cup oil and saute bananas until golden.
  6. Arrange chicken in center of platter; surround with potatoes and bananas.
