Chicken And Seasoned Flour

  1. Prepare seasoned flour.
  2. Skin chicken and cut into serving size pieces.
  3. Dredge well in seasoned flour.
  4. In heavy skillet, over medium-high heat, melt margarine or butter.
  5. Add chicken pieces and brown in batches if necessary on all sides.
  6. When brown, transfer to roasting pan with tight fitting cover.
  7. Pour beer over chicken.
  8. Cover.
  9. Bake at 350u0b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until chicken is very tender.
  10. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
