Farm Baked Ham Slices

  1. Preheat oven to 450u0b0.
  2. Combine dry pie crust mix with mustard and sage.
  3. Prepare according to package directions.
  4. Roll pastry into 16 to 17-inch square.
  5. Drain ham and wipe dry.
  6. Place in center of pastry.
  7. Wrap as you would a package. Moisten edges with cold water and press together firmly to seal.
  8. Place seam side down on a greased baking sheet.
  9. Brush with egg.
  10. Sprinkle with paprika and bake one hour, or until browned.
