Lasagna Rolls

  1. Combine hamburger, mushrooms, pepper, V-8, oregano, pepper and cornstarch.
  2. Cook until vegetables are tender and sauce thickens, stirring constantly 5 minutes or more.
  3. Layer this mixture, then 1/3 cup of cheeses and eggs mixed on each noodle and roll up. Place in 13 x 9-inch pan and add 1 cup of sauce on bottom and put rolls in, then top with remaining sauce.
  4. Bake at 375u0b0 for 30 minutes.
  5. Add Parmesan cheese on top and bake 5 minutes more.
