Bread Machine Black And Green Olive Bread

  1. Mix the olive brine (reserved juices from green olives) with the 1 1/3 cups of warm water.
  2. Add all ingredients (except for the sliced olives) into the bread machine in the order given, or as recommended in you bread machine manual.
  3. Select Basic or White Bread setting; 2-lb loaf; medium crust.
  4. If required, add more water or flour, a tablespoon at a time, to form a firm, slightly sticky, non-crumbly ball of dough.
  5. Add the sliced olives at the beep.
  6. Makes one 2-lb loaf of olive bread.
