Sweet Cucumber Pickles

  1. Soak
  2. cucumbers in salt water 14 days.temove slime on top every
  3. couple
  4. of
  5. days.
  6. Weight
  7. down
  8. sotucumbers are covered. Remove,
  9. rinse
  10. and
  11. slice
  12. thintnd
  13. round.
  14. Soak overnight intlum water.
  15. Rinse and cover with vinegar for 6 hours.throw away
  16. vinegar.
  17. Place
  18. a
  19. layer of cucumbers, a layer
  20. of sugar and a layer of pickling spices until container is
  21. 3/4
  22. full. Cover.
  23. Int few days the sugar will melt and make
  24. syrupto cover
  25. pickles.
  26. Leave in container or put in jarstnd cover top. Do not process.
  27. Keeps indefinitely.
  28. No need to refrigerate.
