Pork Chow Mein

  1. In 10-inch nonstick skillet heat oil, add onions and garlic. Saute but don't brown.
  2. Add celery and pepper strips.
  3. Saute until tender-crisp, about 3 minutes.
  4. Add mushrooms and bean sprouts, saute, stirring occasionally, for 3 minutes.
  5. Add pork and soy sauce and broth mix.
  6. Stir.
  7. Combine water and cornstarch and stir until dissolved.
  8. Add to skillet and cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
  9. Sprinkle with onions and serve over rice.
