Cranberry Beef Balls

  1. Pour milk or juice over bread.
  2. Mix in beef.
  3. Form into 12 balls.
  4. Brown on all sides in 2 tablespoons butter or margarine. Drain off fat.
  5. Whip cranberry sauce and vinegar with a fork.
  6. Pour over meatballs.
  7. Cover and simmer 20 minutes.
  8. Serve over rice or noodles, or in center of rice or noodle ring.
