Chicken Alfredo

  1. Combine oil, lemon juice, Parmesan cheese, oregano, 2 teaspoons salt and 1 teaspoon pepper.
  2. Beat well.
  3. Pour over chicken halves. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or longer.
  4. Combine remaining ingredients, except butter.
  5. Remove chicken from marinade and roll in the flour mixture.
  6. Saute chicken in butter until browned on both sides.
  7. Place each chicken half, skin side up, in center of a double thick square of heavy-duty aluminum foil.
  8. Bring up sides and ends and seal with tight folds.
  9. Place packets on baking sheet and bake at 425u0b0 for 1 hour.
  10. Makes 4 servings.
