Meatballs

  1. In a 10-inch skillet (nonstick), brown onion and garlic in oil over moderately high heat for 2 minutes.
  2. Remove from heat. Combine bread and mix with water in a large bowl.
  3. Add beef, onion and garlic (don't wash skillet), parsley, salt, pepper, oregano and Parmesan cheese.
  4. Stir in eggs and mix with a wooden spoon until well blended.
  5. Shape into meatballs.
  6. Brown on all sides in skillet onion was cooked in, about 15 minutes.
  7. Then place in spaghetti sauce and simmer.
