Chicken Royale

  1. Place chicken breasts with skin side down on a work surface; pound lightly with a meat mallet to an even thickness for stuffing.
  2. Combine bread crumbs, onion, salt, pepper, poultry seasoning, 2 tablespoons butter, water and parsley.
  3. Place about 1/3 cup stuffing on each breast; fold in half.
  4. Secure with toothpicks.
  5. Combine flour and paprika; coat chicken.
  6. Place, skewered side down, in a greased 11 x 7 x 2-inch baking dish. Drizzle with remaining butter.
  7. Bake, uncovered, at 325u0b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until tender.
