Sour Cream Coffee Cake

  1. Cream margarine and sugar until light and fluffy.
  2. Blend in vanilla.
  3. Add eggs, one at a time.
  4. Sift together the flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
  5. Add nuts and raisins or dates and coat well.
  6. Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture alternately with sour cream.
  7. Blend well.
  8. Turn into greased and floured Bundt pan.
  9. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
  10. Bake in a 325u0b0 oven for 60 minutes or until cake tests done.
  11. Leave in pan for at least 1 hour.
  12. Turn over and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar or confectioners sugar.
