Chicken Breasts With Wild Rice

  1. Cook wild rice following basic method on package.
  2. Brown chicken breasts in butter and remove and set aside.
  3. Brown onion, remove and set aside.
  4. Brown almonds and mix rice, onion, almonds, mushrooms and pimento.
  5. Place in buttered flat baking dish. Place chicken on top. Mix soup, sour cream, broth and salt and pepper.
  6. Heat until smooth.
  7. Pour over chicken.
  8. Bake at 325u0b0 for 1 hour.
  9. Serves 8.
