Beef With Broccoli On Noodles

  1. Cook noodles in boiling water 5 minutes.
  2. Drain well. Marinate meat, ginger and soy sauce 30 minutes.
  3. Heat oil in wok or pan.
  4. Add meat, stirring constantly, until meat changes color. Mix other dry ingredients and add to beef stock and pour over meat in pan.
  5. Bring to a boil, stirring.
  6. Add the onions and simmer for 5 minutes.
  7. Add broccoli and carrots.
  8. Cook until hot.
