Enchilada Bake

  1. Brown ground chuck, onion and green pepper and drain fat.
  2. Mix in taco seasoning, refried beans and sweet peas.
  3. Add salsa to desired consistency.
  4. Place meat mixture (approximately 2 tablespoons) in a flour tortilla.
  5. Roll; place into cake pan. Fold side down.
  6. Fill cake pan with enchiladas.
