Avo-Taco Pie
- 1 lb. ground meat
- 1/2 medium onion, chopped
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
- 1/3 c. sliced ripe olives
- 1 can crescent rolls
- 1 1/2 c. crushed corn chips
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 c. shredded cheese
- shredded lettuce
- tomato slices
- avocado slices
- Brown beef and onion; drain. Add tomato sauce, 1 can water, taco seasoning mix and olives. Place crescent rolls in long oblong pan, pressing to form crust. Sprinkle 1/2 of corn chips over bottom crust. Next, spread meat mixture, then sour cream over meat mixture. Add shredded cheese next; place remaining corn chips on top. Bake at 375u0b0 for 20 to 25 minutes. Serve in squares, topped with lettuce, tomato and avocado slices.
