Italian Sausage Rigatoni

  1. Spray pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Place Italian sausages in pan.
  3. Pour 1 tablespoon water over each sausage.
  4. Cover and cook over medium heat for 14 to 16 minutes, turning occasionally. Remove from pan.
  5. Cut cooked sausage diagonally into 1-inch pieces and set aside.
  6. In saucepan, cook oil, garlic and onion over medium-high heat for 5 minutes.
  7. Stir in sausage, spaghetti sauce, wine, basil and cheese.
  8. Cook 15 minutes longer.
  9. Place hot rigatoni on serving plate and top with cheese.
  10. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve.
  11. Serves 2 to 4.
