Gina'S German Knoepfla Soup

  1. In 4-quart kettle, boil chicken broth, potatoes, celery, onions and garlic.
  2. Add cooked knoepfla.
  3. When vegetables are almost done, add half and half, cream of celery or chicken soup, salt, pepper, celery salt and more water (if needed).
  4. Makes 3 1/2 quarts.
