Pizza
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 c. mashed potato flakes
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 8 oz. can tomato paste
- 1/2 c. catsup
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 4 oz. (1 c.) shredded Cheddar cheese
- Bake at 425u0b0 for 15 minutes or until crust browns.
- Lightly spoon flour in measure cup; level off.
- In large bowl, combine flour and potato flakes; cut in margarine.
- Stir in milk with a fork.
- Dough will be stiff.
- With floured fingers, press dough in ungreased 12-inch pizza pan.
- Form ridge along edge.
- Brown beef in skillet; drain.
- Blend in remaining ingredients except cheese. Spread mixture evenly onto baked crust.
- Sprinkle with cheese. Bake an additional 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
- Makes 4 to 6 servings.
