Chicken Italiano

  1. Mix 1 cup flour with 1 packet chicken stock; set aside. Season chicken with 1 packet of chicken stock and pepper.
  2. Dredge chicken in flour and set aside.
  3. Heat oil, saute mushrooms and onions.
  4. Remove from frying pan; set aside.
  5. In jar, combine flour, 1 packet chicken stock and water; shake well.
  6. Pour liquid in frying pan.
  7. Return chicken, mushrooms and onions.
  8. Heat until bubbling.
  9. Remove from pan and place on warm platter.
  10. Sprinkle with parsley.
  11. Serve immediately.
