Mexican Beef Casserole

  1. Brown the meat, then add onion, celery and green peppers. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  2. Cut tortillas into bite-size pieces and line the bottom of a pan with them.
  3. Combine together soups, tomatoes, chili powder, garlic powder and add to meat mixture.
  4. Pour half the mixture over the tortillas and sprinkle with half the grated cheese.
  5. Repeat with a second layer.
  6. Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
