Pork Roast With Sweet Balsamic Glaze

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Line roasting pan with foil.
  3. Combine 3 TBSP dry mustard, salt, pepper, and oil.
  4. Rub roast with ingredients above.
  5. Place roast in pan and roast at 450 degrees until brown (20 minutes).
  6. Reduce heat to 400 degrees for 55 minutes.
  7. Combine 2 TBSP dry mustard, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, vinegar,and cloves. Simmer 7-8 minutes until thickens. Remove from heat.
  8. Brush pork with 1/3 of sauce. Continue to roast 20-25 minutes more until pork is 145 degrees.
  9. Remove from oven and let stand for 10-15 minutes.
  10. Stir cider into remaining 2/3 cup sauce.
  11. Slice pork and serve with sauce.
