Swedish Meatball Stroganoff

  1. Combine meat, crumbs, eggs, milk, onion and spices.
  2. Form into balls no more than 1-inch.
  3. Brown well.
  4. Place in Dutch oven.
  5. Add beef broth and simmer 30 minutes.
