Chili

  1. In Dutch oven, brown ground meat.
  2. Add chopped onion, garlic and green pepper; cook with meat until tender.
  3. Add seasonings, tomato sauce and Ro-Tel tomatoes.
  4. Cook mixture over medium heat about 15 minutes; stir as needed.
  5. Add flour and water mixture. Stir often to prevent sticking or burning.
  6. Cook 15 or 20 minutes. Add a little water, if needed.
  7. Add beans; mix and heat thoroughly.
