Steak Diane

  1. Sprinkle steaks with lemon pepper seasoning.
  2. Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; add margarine.
  3. Place over medium heat until margarine melts.
  4. Add steaks and cook 5 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness.
  5. Transfer to 9-inch platter; keep warm.
  6. Add lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and mustard to skillet; bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Pour over steaks.
  7. Garnish if desired and serve immediately. Yields 6 servings.
  8. Contains 179 calories (41% from fat) per 1 steak and 1 1/2 teaspoons sauce.
