Fried Rice

  1. Cook rice and set

  3. In hot wok put olive oil and meat. Shake on

  5. and
  6. stir-fry
  7. until done and lightly browned. Add rest
  8. of
  9. ingredients
  10. and season to taste.
  11. Add rice and soy sauce as
  12. much
  13. as desired and toss.
  14. One may add cornstarch thickening
  15. if
  16. desired.
  17. Vegetables
  18. should be hot through and crunchy.
  19. Use Pompeian olive oil.
