2-Flavor Fudge
- 2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 c. white sugar
- 1 c. evaporated milk
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 1 jar marshmallow cream (10 oz. or smaller)
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch morsels
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
- 1 c. chopped walnuts
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- Combine sugars, milk and butter in saucepan.
- Bring to full boil over moderate heat, stirring frequently.
- Boil for 15 minutes, over moderate heat, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat.
- Add marshmallow cream and butterscotch and chocolate morsels.
- Stir until mixture is smooth.
- Blend in chopped walnuts and vanilla.
- Pour into greased 9-inch square pan.
- Chill until firm.
- Yield: about 2 1/2 pounds.
