Crescent Bake Italian
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1/2 c. onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 8 oz. can tomato sauce
- 4 oz. can mushrooms, drained
- 4 oz. Cheddar cheese
- 1 can crescent rolls
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/4 tsp. oregano, crushed
- 1/2 tsp. basil, crushed
- Brown hamburger and onion and drain.
- Add salt, pepper, tomato sauce and mushrooms.
- Place in 8 x 10-inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese.
- Open and unroll crescent rolls.
- Separate dough into 8 triangles.
- Combine remaining ingredients and spread 1 tablespoon on each triangle.
- Roll up, starting at wide end.
- Turn into crescent shape.
- Arrange on top of casserole.
- Bake in 375u0b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
