Kielbasa Bean Casserole
- 1 can lima beans
- 1 can green beans
- 1 can yellow beans
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 can Bush's baked beans
- 1 can chili beans
- 1 c. celery, chopped
- 1 c. onion, chopped
- 1 lb. kielbasa, sliced into 1/2-inch rounds
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 (15 oz.) can water (optional)
- 1 small can tomato paste
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. mustard (any kind)
- Saute onion and celery in butter.
- In a separate pan, brown kielbasa and drain.
- Mix together kielbasa with onion and celery. Drain beans, all except for baked and chili beans; use their liquid.
- Mix together all beans with kielbasa, onion and celery. Stir well.
- Pour into a large casserole dish and bake for 1 hour at 350u0b0.
- Serves a crowd.
