Sweet 'N Sour Pork

  1. Drain pineapple; reserve juice.
  2. In large skillet, heat corn oil on medium heat.
  3. Add next 3 ingredients.
  4. Stir-fry until tender-crisp.
  5. Remove.
  6. Stir-fry pork 1/2 at a time 3 minutes. Return pork to skillet.
  7. In bowl, stir together pineapple juice and remaining 5 ingredients.
  8. Stir into skillet.
  9. Add green pepper mixture and pineapple.
  10. Stir constantly.
  11. Bring to boil over medium heat and boil 1 minute.
  12. Serve over rice.
