Tangy Spaghetti Pizza Pie
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Kraft tangy Italian style spaghetti dinner
- 2 tsp. salt
- 3 qt. boiling water
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. Ricotta cheese
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 1 c. water
- 2 oz. thinly sliced pepperoni
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. thinly sliced onion
- 1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
- Prepare spaghetti according to package directions using salt and
- boiling
- water;
- drain.
- Stirtn
- margarine
- until melted; stir in eggs and package of
- grated
- Parmesan cheese. Transfer mixture to a greased 9 1/2-inch deep
- dish pie plate; use a spoon totorm
