Taco Casserole

  1. In medium skillet, cook meat until browned, stirring to break up large pieces.
  2. Drain excess fat.
  3. Sprinkle with garlic.
  4. Place crushed chips in bottom of 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
  5. Spoon hot meat over chips.
  6. Spread 3/4 to 1 cup of sauce over meat.
  7. Top with cheese.
  8. Bake at 350u0b0 for 10 to 12 minutes until heated and cheese is melted.
  9. Top with lettuce and sauce.
  10. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
