Lasagna Recipe
- 2 cans spaghetti seasoning (McCormick)
- 1 lb. lasagna
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- ground beef
- 1 medium onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
- 2 eggs
- 2 c. water
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 3/4 lb. Mozzarella cheese
- 3/4 lb. Ricotta or cottage cheese
- grated Parmesan cheese
- Brown in skillet, ground beef, olive oil, parsley, onion and garlic.
- Add tomato paste, water, salt and pepper; simmer for 1/2 hour or more.
- Add lasagna noodles to 6 quarts of salted, boiling water; cook for 15 to 30 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Drain. Mix eggs and Ricotta cheese.
- Arrange in a baking dish with lasagna first, meat sauce, Mozzarella cheese and cottage cheese. Bake at 375u0b0 for 20 minutes.
