Tuna Tetrazzini
- 4 oz. spaghetti
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained (reserve liquid)
- 1 medium onion
- 1 can diced pimento
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 3/4 c. grated sharp cheese
- 2 (7 oz.) cans white tuna
- 1/4 c. dry sherry
- salt and pepper to taste
- Break spaghetti into pieces and cook following package directions.
- Drain; mix soup, 1/4 of liquid from mushrooms, drained mushrooms, chopped onion, pimento, green pepper and 1 1/4 cups of the cheese.
- Add spaghetti, tuna (broken into chunks) and sherry; toss lightly until mixed.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Put into casserole and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake in moderate oven, 350u0b0, about 45 minutes.
- Serves 6.
