Saucy Pizza Rolls
- 8 uncooked lasagne noodles
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans prepared pizza sauce
- 6 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese (1 1/2 c.)
- 2.5 oz. jar Green Giant sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- Cook lasagne noodles to desired doneness as directed on package.
- Drain; rinse with cold water.
- Heat oven to 350u0b0.
- In medium skillet, brown ground beef with onion; drain.
- Stir in 1/4 cup of the pizza sauce, 1/2 cup of the cheese, mushrooms and egg. Spread each lasagne noodle with a generous 1/3 cup meat mixture; carefully roll up and place seam side down in ungreased 8-inch (2-quart) square baking dish.
- Pour remaining pizza sauce over rolls.
- Cover; bake at 350u0b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
- Uncover; sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- Bake an additional 4 to 6 minutes or until cheese is melted.
