Magnificent Mostaccioli
- 2 lb. bratwurst
- 8 oz. tomato paste
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 can water
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1/4 tsp. basil
- 1 can mushrooms (optional)
- celery salt
- onion salt
- pepper
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 tsp. yellow mustard
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 pkg. mostaccioli noodles
- shredded Mozzarella cheese
- Boil brats; remove skins and cut up.
- Add everything else except noodles and cheese; simmer at least 1 hour.
- Cook mostaccioli according to package directions.
- Drain and pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Cover noodles with sauce and shredded cheese.
- Bake at 350u0b0 until warmed through.
