Best Chocolate Cake With Fudge Frosting

  1. Heat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Grease and flour rectangular pan, 13 x 9 x 2-inch or 3 rounded 8 x 1 1/2-inch pans or 2 rounded 9 x 1 1/2-inch pans.
  3. Beat all ingredients except fudge frosting in large bowl on low speed for 30 seconds, scraping bowl constantly. Beat on high speed for 3 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally. Pour into pans.
  4. Bake rectangular pan for 40 to 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  5. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pans.
  6. Cool completely.
  7. Round pans should be baked 30 to 35 minutes.
