Pizza Hot Dish
- 7 oz. spaghetti
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 lb. ground venison
- 32 oz. Ragu spaghetti sauce
- 1/2 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 lb. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1 pkg. sliced pepperoni
- 1 c. sliced mushrooms
- garlic, salt, salt, pepper and oregano
- Cook spaghetti; drain and put in 9 x 13-inch pan.
- (I divided into 2 pans because too much for a 9 x 13-inch pan.)
- Beat egg; add milk and pour over spaghetti.
- Brown venison.
- Drain off fat.
- Add garlic salt and other seasonings.
- Spread over spaghetti; add mushrooms and spaghetti sauce over this.
- Top with cheese and cover with pepperoni slices.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 1 hour (covered with foil first 45 minutes, then remove foil last 15 minutes).
- Can be frozen.
