Whole Wheat Coffee Cake

  1. Beat first four ingredients together (butter through vanilla).
  2. Stir together dry ingredients.
  3. Alternately add dry ingredients and buttermilk to butter mixture, stirring to combine.
  4. Spoon 1/3 batter into greased 12-cup bundt pan, and sprinkle with filling.
  5. Top with remaining batter.
  6. Bake at 350 for 55 minutes; cool in pan 15 minutes, then invert onto a plate.
