Daddy'S Delicious Meatloaf (Abm) Bread Machine

• 1 lb ground beef (I use turkey) or 1 lb ground turkey (I use turkey)
• 1 lb ground pork
• 2 slices of soft bread, torn into pieces
• 3/4 cup milk
• 2 tablespoons minced onions
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
• 1/8 teaspoon dry mustard
• 1/8 teaspoon celery salt
• 1/8 teaspoon garlic salt
• 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
• For topping
• 3/4 cup ketchup
• 3 tablespoons brown sugar

1. Break up the meat.
2. Place all ingredients into bread machine and start on quick bread/cake cycle.
3. When machine is done mixing, pause the machine, remove the paddle, and smooth the loaf down if you like.
4. Mix the topping ingredients (3/4 cup ketchup with 3 Tablespoons brown sugar) together.
5. Pour topping over the top of the meatloaf.
6. When done baking, use a spatula and/or fork to remove the loaf from the pan.
7. This can be made in the oven. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 hour.
