Dot'S Lasagna
- 1 lb. lasagna noodles
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 3 lb. Ricotta cheese
- 1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 lb. Provolone cheese, sliced thin or shredded
- grated Romano cheese
- 2 to 3 qt. spaghetti sauce
- Cook noodles and rinse with cold water.
- Cook hamburger; drain and add to spaghetti sauce.
- Cover bottom of pans lightly with meat sauce.
- Put 2 layers of noodles on that.
- Spread half of Ricotta cheese on top of noodles and half of Mozzarella cheese.
- Put half of meat sauce on top.
- Add another 2 layers of noodles and rest of Ricotta cheese and Mozzarella cheese.
- Place sliced or shredded Provolone cheese on top of that and add rest of meat sauce. Sprinkle with grated Romano cheese and bake at 425u0b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
- Makes 1 large and 1 small dish.
- Delicious.
