Carol'S Enchilada Goo!
- 1 pkg. of 36 corn tortillas, sliced into quarters
- 1 large onion, diced
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cans nacho cheese soup
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut in small chunks
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes with green chilies
- 2 cans evaporated milk
- 1 large pkg. grated Monterey Jack
- 1 large pkg. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 lb. hamburger, browned and drained
- 1 can green chilies, chopped (optional)
- Mix all ingredients together except tortillas and hamburger meat.
- Put on low heat; stir constantly.
- After melted, add hamburger meat and set aside.
- Put tortillas on bottom of a very large rectangular pan.
- Put a layer of hamburger mixture, then tortillas, then hamburger
- mixture.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 1 hour. Makes at least 20 servings.
