Pork Piccata(This Dish Tastes Delicious Served With Rice)

  1. Cube tomatoes and place in medium bowl.
  2. Saute garlic and onion in 1 pound of oil until golden brown and add to tomatoes. Add remaining ingredients into bowl with tomatoes, oil, basil, parsley, salad dressing, salt and pepper.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Cook 1 pound of pasta; drain and add tomato mix on top of pasta.
  5. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
