Spicy Burgers With Mushroom Sauce

  1. Combine ground beef, soup mix, egg and Worcestershire sauce. Shape mixture into 6 patties.
  2. Arrange patties on a microwave roasting rack placed in a 12 x 8-inch glass baking dish.
  3. Cover with wax paper.
  4. Microwave at High 7 to 8 minutes.
  5. Remove patties.
  6. Pour off meat drippings from dish; return patties to dish.
  7. Combine soup and 1/3 cup water; pour over patties.
  8. Cover with plastic wrap; microwave at Medium-high 5 to 7 minutes, or until sauce is bubbly hot.
  9. Serve over toast or hot cooked rice. Serves 4.
