Praline Pumpkin Pie
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ground allspice
- 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1 1/2 c. canned pumpkin
- 1 1/2 c. light cream
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 3/4 c. chopped pecans
- Combine eggs, granulated sugar, 1/2 cup brown sugar, flour, salt, cinnamon, allspice and nutmeg.
- Add pumpkin and cream; mix well.
- Pour into pie shell; cover edge with foil.
- Bake at 375u0b0 for 20 minutes.
- Remove foil.
- Melt butter and add remaining ingredients.
- Sprinkle nut mixture over pie.
- Bake, uncovered, 25 minutes or until center is set.
- Cool.
