Ground Beef & Cabbage Stew

  1. Brown ground beef and drain;set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in skillet and add onion and cook 2-3 minutes.
  3. add cabbage, tomatoes, potatoes, carrots, bell pepper, thyme.
  4. Mix well.
  5. add broth.
  6. Heat to boiling; reduce heat.
  7. cover and cook 20 minutes.
  8. stir in corn and beans.
  9. cover and cook 15 minutes.
