Fruit Swirl Coffee Cake

  1. Generously grease jelly roll pan, 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1-inch. Beat sugar, margarine, shortening, baking powder, vanilla, almond extract and eggs in large bowl on low speed.
  2. Beat on high speed 3 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally.
  3. Stir in flour.
  4. Spread two-thirds of batter in pan.
  5. Spread pie filling over batter. Drop remaining batter by tablespoon onto pie filling.
  6. Bake about 45 minutes or until light brown in 350u0b0 oven.
  7. While warm, drizzle with glaze.
  8. Yield:
  9. 30 bars.
